PROMOTION OVERVIEW

This is a statewide promotional giveaway conducted by Brandon Black, a licensed realtor in West Virginia. The promotion runs from May 23, 2025 until July 31, 2025.

 

Prize: One (1) 85-inch television with a retail value of $700 for every 5 qualifying persons. The prize will be awarded as a physical item, shipped directly to the winner’s mailing address within West Virginia, at no cost to the winner for shipping or taxes.

 

ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to anyone buying and/or selling property located in West Virginia, and who are at least 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into real estate agreements.

Employees, agents, or affiliates of Brandon Black, or their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by fulfilling one or both of the following:

 

Listing Entry:

  Sign a six (6) month exclusive listing agreement with Brandon Black to list their home at or below the CMA valuation provided by Brandon Black.

Buying Entry:

  Sign a six (6) month exclusive buyer representation agreement with Brandon Black, and be pre-approved by a reputable mortgage lender licensed in West Virginia.

 

Entries:

Each participant may enter unlimited times.

Participants who list their home with Brandon Black and also buy a home using Brandon Black as their realtor will receive two entries for each qualifying transaction.

Each entry must be accompanied by a signed agreement and the required prerequisites outlined above.

 

Registration:

Participants will be registered by signing the relevant agreement and providing the required information. Entry forms will be available through Brandon Black’s website or in person.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS

For every five entries received, a random drawing will be conducted.

One (1) winner will be selected from each group of five entries.

The winner will be chosen at random from those five entries and announced via Brandon Black’s designated communication channels.

 

Odds of Winning:

The odds of winning are 1 in 5 for each drawing, based on the number of entries received.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

The prize is a physical 85-inch TV valued at $700.

The winner will be notified by phone or email within 2 days of the drawing.

The prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s mailing address in West Virginia at no cost to the winner.

The winner is not responsible for taxes or shipping fees.

 

DISCLOSURES AND MATERIAL CONDITIONS

Prize retail value: $700.

Odds of receiving the prize: 1 in 5 for each drawing.

All dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars.

Participants acknowledge that they understand the terms and agree to abide by these rules by signing the agreement.

 

RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into real estate agreements.

Only residents of West Virginia are eligible.

Participants must sign a six (6) month listing or buyer agreement, as applicable.

Participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

NO LIABILITY: Brandon Black, his agents, affiliates, or representatives shall not be responsible for any damages or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, or participation in this promotion.

DISQUALIFICATION: Brandon Black reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process.

AMENDMENTS: Brandon Black reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

GOVERNING LAW: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Brandon Black, which are final.

All entries become the property of Brandon Black and will not be returned.

Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Virginia.
